#1 Be Aware That R/C Helicopters are not toys , you as the User are responsible for your actions and those of the Machine you are Operating.

#2 FarFast.ca or Anyone associated with the business assumes NO Responsibilities for consequences resulting from Customers operating their Helicopters.

#3 Responsibility Rests Exclusively and Solely with the Operator.

#4 Pilots are responsible for acquiring the necessary licensing and insurance for use of any aircrafts.
